Comcast really likes pushing sex on customers [Comcastic]

Comcast. Who wouldn’t want to work there? The shining example of exemplary customer service and top tier products and services actually had a minor hiccup in it’s normal modus operandi.
It screwed up a mailer, had people calling a sex line.
Comcast today released a statement apologizing for a mistake this week that led to callers to the company being connected to an adult phone service. The company by mistake listed an 800-number prefix on a flier that was mailed to certain customers regarding service upgrades to HBO and Cinemax. The flier was supposed to have an 866-number prefix. The mistake was from a printing error, Comcast said.
This is unprecedented! Kidding. Comcast and porn issues go way back. Remember they cut into the Super Bowl with some sweet sex action?
This might just be a ploy by Comcast to get angry customers sidetracked when calling to complain.
Press 1 for cable service. Press 2 to get off.
